02How Halo Westcliff uses cookies

06Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google that lets us measure how people use our website using cookies. We use this information to improve the website for visitors and to measure the effectiveness of our online advertising. 07Facebook and Instagram

Facebook and Instagram are social media platforms we use to communicate with our clients through both unpaid posts and paid advertising. We use their cookies and pixel to measure the effectiveness of paid advertising and to make sure the money we spend is used effectively. They also let us show adverts to, or exclude, people who have visited our website.

08Live chat and booking forms

Our live chat and booking forms use strictly necessary cookies or local storage to keep your conversation open, to remember that you have dismissed the chat greeting and to send your message to our reception team. 09Links to other sites

Our site links to our online shop, Google reviews, Instagram and Facebook. When you follow a link, the site you land on will set its own cookies under its own policy, which we do not control.
